MICROWAVE,
"THE WISE WAY TO COOK"

Why do I call microwave cooking, "The wise way to cook?"

I have been an owl collector for 25 years. The owl is my lucky mascot.

I know how to cook on top of the stove, in the oven, on the grill, or in my wood-burning stove. I prefer to do 80 - 90% of my cooking or reheating in the microwave for these reasons:
Convienient
With a Microwave oven you can create a kitchen any where there is electricity.

You can Save:
• Time in cooking – Food cooks in approximately ¼ of oven time and
at least ½ of stove top cooking

• Time in cleaning – Cook in the same dishes you serve in and reheat in.
• Time in defrosting
• Time in Re-heating – with almost any kind of container.
• Nutrients in you vegetables – Since you don’t need to add water,
vegetables steam in their own juices and don’t loose any nutrients.

• Your health – By reducing or eliminating the amount of salt and
   fat used in cooking.
