| Dee Dee Czarnowski www.deedeemicrowaves.com Note: Make a different soup each time by changing the herbs or seasonings you use (Italian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, etc.). The base of the soup is the vegetables and tomatoes. Add your own ideas to that. Eat soup all day for the first day and then once a day for 3-4 more days. I like it for breakfast. Eat healthy the other meals. I eat this soup at least 2-3 times a week just to maintain my weight. Add more nutrients by topping it with raw or toasted pumpkin seeds, almond, walnut or soy nuts.
Place chopped celery, onions, peppers, and garlic in 8-oz cup glass measuring cup. Cover and microwave 4-5 minutes on 100% power (900 watt microwave) or until tender crisp. Add the cabbage and tomatoes. Cover: Microwave on 100% 4-5 minutes or until cabbage is tender. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and microwave on 100% 4-5 minutes or simmer on 50% for 8-10. ![]() Printer Friendly Page |
